At first my mood was kind of nervous because I needed a car in Bangor with my kid and I did not want a big charge on my credit card. I booked through QEEQ and saw the One-Dollar Freeze option. My first thought was is it really just one dollar. I checked the price again and then I told myself one dollar is okay to try. So I only paid that one dollar and the booking was done and I felt a lot more relaxed right away. Later I sometimes asked myself will the rest of the payment be hard. Will they take extra money. When I looked at my card bill it stayed normal and there was no big stress on my credit card so I felt safe. When it got close to the rental start around late June in Bangor the rest of the money was charged automatically and I almost did not think about it. With a kid I already have many things to worry about and at least the payment part was simple and did not make my card feel tight. Now when I think about it this pay one dollar first way is really nice for parents like me because I can lock the car and my credit card pressure stays low.
