Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Customers will be picked up by an Airport Shuttle Bus which will take them to the Budget office, and back to the airport on return. The Airport Shuttle desk is in the arrivals hall at both terminals. The use of this service is free of charge for customers with a valid reservation. The office is 5 minutes from the airport terminal. CARS: Customers are escorted to vehicle by Budget personel. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: On Request.

From here, the rental parking lot where your vehicle will be located is 600m from the terminal, around a 6-8 minute walk. If customers prefer, there is a free airport shuttle service to the rental carpark which runs every 15-20 minutes between 08:00 and 23:59 daily from outside the terminal building. Alternatively, customers can choose our V.I.P. pick-up and drop-off service. On arrival, a member of staff will meet you with your rental vehicle at the exit of the terminal on the arrivals level. On return, you can drop the vehicle in the same place (conveniently situated 50m from the terminal entrance). This service can be booked by calling the Budapest Airport branch on +36 1770 7070. Proceed to the departure level 2 of the terminal and locate waiting zone N°5. Our staff member will get there 10-15 minutes after you call and accompany you to our parking lot, where you will pick up your car.
