Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. The customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived at the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to Floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent-a-car area and they will find our office there. The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park, next to the public car park located on Level 0, the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated.

Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the main exit of the terminal building (direction Train station). Cross the road using the zebra crossing and continue 100mts until the Train station Renfe Aeropuerto, just behind here, you will find the courtesy shuttle bus area where you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes.

After leaving the arrivals hall, follow the blue line drawn on the floor which leads you slightly to the left, paying attention to the "Shuttle-Bus" signs you will find along the way. Then cross the two zebra crossings you will encounter straight ahead. Next, you will see Shuttle Bus signs on the ceiling. Keep going straight until you reach the road where you will find the Shuttle Bus stop being this just behind the train station (tren de cercanias). Our shuttle bus is properly identified and travels frequently throughout the day and so if there is no bus on your arrival don't worry, it will be with you soon.

Arrival to Terminal 2: 1. Exit the duty free area. 2. Follow Car Rental signage to the baggage claim area. 3. The Firefly counter is inside the terminal in front of baggage collection belts next to Hertz′s counter. 4. Follow the directions for the parking and take the elevators to Parking level 1. 5. The Firefly check-in counter is located after in front when you exit the elevators. Arrival to Terminal 3: 1. From the baggage claim area please follow Car rental signage. 2. The Firefly rental office is located in the Car rental area. Customers not arriving by plane please approach security inside the terminal and provide them with your reservation voucher, they will give access to reach Firefly′s desk. Please go to the office located in the arrivals hall, floor-1. Take the elevator from the luggage collection area and reach floor-1, you will find Record Go counter to the left, next to the elevator. Once you have the rental agreement, enter the underground parking floor-1 and turn right, Record Go parking is located at the end of the parking floor. If, due to special circumstances, you need to pick up the car between 23:00 and 00:00, please inform the car rental company in advance, and your flight must land before 00:00. The car rental company will arrange staff to wait at the store. If you haven't arrived by 00:00, the store will be closed. Please refer to the specific arrangements provided by the store.
