Board the Rental Shuttle which is green, blue, and white with "Rental Car Shuttle" on the side of the bus, to be transported to the Rental Car Facility. Terminal 2 - Proceed out the main doors by the baggage claim to the outer curb's Rental Car Shuttle pick area. Terminal 3 and 4 - Proceed to the south curb and then to the Rental Car Shuttle pick up area on the outter curb. Walkins - The Rental Car Center is located at 1805 East Sky Harbor Circle South. The entrance is to the right on Sky Harbor Circle South. Park in "Visitor Parking" and take the designated pedestrain walkway to the elevator. Go up one level and proceed to the Hertz Rental Counter.

Airline passengers go to baggage claim. AIRLINE PASSENGERS Proceed outside to the curb. Catch the common shuttle bus to the Rental Facility. Local renters go to baggage claim. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for "Rental Cars". They will lead you to the rental car counters which is in a common facility. MIDNIGHT TO 6:00 AM: The main rental counter is closed. Customer should proceed to the Preferred booth on level 1 of the rental facility. CAR RETURN Return car to the Rental Facility, following the signage. The shuttle bus will take customers to the terminal.
