Things you must do before picking up your car: 1. Contact your WaHero (person in charge) 30 minutes before picking up your car. If you are caught in traffic and may be late for car collection, you must notify your WaHero. Failure to notify may result in you having to wait longer to get your car because each PIC has his schedule for serving clients. 2. Bring your driver's license and identification card/passport. It is only for verification. We only allow the driver listed on your reservation to pick up the car. 3. Bring your checkout slip with you. You can save it to your phone or take a screenshot of it to show to the person in charge before picking up your vehicle. 4. Sign the electronic inspection form. The goal of completing the inspection form is to ensure that you verify the vehicle's condition, whether it is in good shape, and indicate any existing scratches or dents. 5.
