Your Flexways agent will be waiting immediately past the customs exit, holding a sign displaying the Flexways logo and/or your name. Once you locate the agent, present your passport and valid driver's license to confirm your identity and finalize the rental agreement signature. Please note: If you do not possess the temporary driving permit for Tanzania, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged for its issuance. The agent will then escort you to the parked vehicle, where you will conduct a joint walk-around inspection to document any pre-existing damage before the handover of the keys and all necessary documentation.
