Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: Customer must take the Budget shuttle bus curbside at 2D. Counter is a short ride from the Main Terminal. Budget courtesy busses circle continuously. NOTE: The Airport Arrival Terminal gates are quite a distance from the Main Terminal & baggage claim. Customers will have to take the Auto Train/People Mover between the 2 terminals.
