Upon arrival at Terminal 1, Arrivals Area 1: After collecting your luggage, you will already be on Level E0. Turn right and follow the signs towards Arrivals Area 2 and the Car Rental Center. Continue past the information desk until you reach the Car Rental Center. Upon arrival at Terminal 1, Arrivals Area 2: You will arrive on Level E0. After collecting your luggage turn right, and you will find yourself directly at the car rental center. If arriving by train/subway: You will arrive at Terminal 1, Level U2. Take the escalators up to Level E0. An information desk will be directly in front of you. Turn left and follow the overhead signage toward Arrivals Area 2 and the Car Rental Center. Once there, you will see the Car Rental Center. If you take the elevator from U2. Go to Level E0 and turn right. Follow the overhead signage toward Arrivals Area 2 and the Car Rental Center. Upon arrival at Terminal 2: Walk towards Terminal 1, remaining on the same level as Terminal 2 - this is Level E0. Continue walking past Arrivals Areas 1 and 2, and follow the overhead signage in Terminal 1. You will automatically arrive at the Car Rental Center.
