On arrival at Liverpool Airport, please collect your baggage and proceed to the arrivals area. Once there, please call us on +44 (0) 151 702 5009 or on +44 (0) 7464 657338 from your own phone. Once your call is connected, please provide the rental operator with your name. We will then send our shuttle bus to collect you. When you leave the airport, please exit the arrivals terminal via the door next to WH Smith and turn to your left. Follow signs for ‘Drop off 2’ and ‘Car Rental Car Park’. Keep to the path on the left-hand side of the road. Walk past the car rental car park to the zone signed ‘Drop off 2 parking’. Cross over the road by the no entry sign at the exit of drop off 2 and wait by the ticket machine shelter by the exit to the car park. Our shuttle bus will collect you from this point.
