Domestic Arrivals: Europcar has two counters located within the Domestic Terminal (Qantas & Virgin Arrivals) and are located opposite the baggage carousels. If these counters are unattended, please proceed to the main Europcar booth which is located in the car park directly opposite the terminal by crossing the Skybridge and then taking the lifts located at the far end to 'Level 1, Car Rentals'.The Europcar booth is located at the far end of the car park, accessible by the pedestrian walkway. International Arrivals: The Europcar counter is located in the Arrivals Hall on Level 2 within the International Terminal.

Guests must use the entrance. to the car park signed for car rentals and continue to Europcar. at the far end of the car park. When entering, use the first entry. lane and park the vehicle in the section marked ‘Returns’ on the left after the building. International Returns: Follow signs to the International Terminal, then follow ‘Rental Cars’ lane markings and overhead signage. Europcar is the final company in the section. Guests must park. the vehicle and return keys to Level 2 ‘Arrivals’ to staff or into dropbox located on the right-hand side of the desk.
