Pick Up: Once you have collected your luggage, please call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Domestic Arrivals: Exit the terminal, head up the escalators that take you onto the sky bridge. Exit to the right of the Air Train under the sign 'buses and coaches A&B', proceed to bus zone B1/B2. International Arrivals: After clearing customs exit into the arrivals hall and turn left. Exit the terminal building, head down the ramp, turn left and make your way to pick up Bay 3. Drop Off: Please return the vehicle to our depot at 22 Serpentine Road, Hendra. We will shuttle you back to the airport.

If you are holding a local driver's license and a first time renter with BARGAIN, you are required to provide a valid debit card or credit card linked to an address, as well as at least two address proof.
